I am in tremendous shock and grief. I never knew Amy personally and I never even commented on her blog when she was writing regularly. But I used to read it everyday and enjoy it immensely. I've made a lot of friends in the blog world because of Amy's page and it was because of her that I started blogging. She was amazing with words, funny, intelligent and just plain and simply awesome.
I can't believe we will never be hearing from Amy ever again. I hope you will visit her blog to leave prayers for the woman that brought so much lively conversation and laughter into our lives, just through her love for cricket.

I also check Amy's blog every day, just in case. I can't believe how devastated I am, considering I only knew Amy through her blog. It's really a testament to her incredible personality, her grace and intellect and her inimitable sense of humour that brought such joy and sense of community to me, and I'm sure the rest of the gang.

I know richie. I was shocked at the effect the news had over me too. I just keep on thinking of those 452 comments on her post...the ones she will never know about :(.
But let's celebrate her. She deserves it.

This is such a sad day. I can barely read some of the comments people are starting to post on her site. She has clearly touched a lot of people and I will miss her very much.

This is so sad I really thought she was coming back one day and when I saw this in the corner of your site I thought it meant RIP formally for her site. What a tragic young loss of life.
I feel sick to my stomach. None of us knew Amy personally but the pain I feel now hurts as much as if it was a close friend.

Guys, just wanted to let you all know that I am going to continue posting normally. I know it looks really awkward to move on and start talking about cricket again but I want to celebrate Amy. She loved blogging and I want to keep her memory alive through my posts. I hope I can have your support in celebrating her. Thanks.
